- Number of Transactions and Bank Accounts –
To judge the size of a business we use number of transactions and bank accounts to get an idea of the scale of a business’s financial “size” and the amount of attention we need to dedicate to the books. Monthly Closing with Reconciliation –
The two most commonly used financial statements in decision-making are the Profit & Loss Statement and the Balance Sheet. We use transaction categorization to ensure these statements are accurate and useful and we deliver them monthly no matter which plan you choose
- Monthly Financial Statements –
“Closing the books” involves reconciling bank and credit card accounts with the statements from the bank or credit agency. This means we go line by line and make sure every transaction is accounted for and the books and the bank balance to 0, or in other words, are reconciled.
Interactive Reports –
We use advanced reports to represent your Profit & Loss Statement in an interactive and visual way. We also offer a video to point out inconsistencies month to month that you want to be aware of!- Invoice Processing –
On your direction, we will prepare and process up to 20 invoices per month from your QuickBooks Online account. This includes payment reminder setup and late fee additions.
Outside of the packages above, we offer bookkeeping services to add to your monthly plan and get your basics buffed up
